Saroj is experienced practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the law practise industry . Saroj also has expertise in settling complex family disputes of renowned families having huge net worth and has attended to arbitrations relating to the said family disputes and mediations and settling the same and achieving final amicable outcome.

 

Saroj has also advised and acted upon for individual and corporate clients in matters related to land acquisition and liasoning with counsels, advising on the court procedure and attending to and appearing for trials in the various courts outside Mumbai and also drafting requisite pleadings, written statement, affidavits, during her period of practice with the various law firms and presently continues to advise clients on the court procedures including drafting plaints , written statements, writ petition , testamentary petition for probate, letters of administrations, etc.

Saroj is a legal advisor to the Asian Institute of Oncology for structuring its “Institute for Treatment of Cancer, Allied Diseases and Research” in Mumbai. Saroj has advised on  contracts with foreign medical institutes of Robotics Surgery, medical supply agencies in Mumbai and outside India and drafting conducting agreements, management, agreements, lease agreements, joint venture agreements etc on their behalf. Advised and drafted agreements on takeover of hospitals by the said Asian Institute of Oncology.
