The Firm has core practice in the field of Property Laws and Real Estate including Development advisory work.

In respect of Property Laws and Real Estate Transactions, the firm undertakes due diligence, certifies titles, advises clients on transaction structures, undertakes drafting and finalizes various deeds and documents. The Firm also assists clients in evaluating the valuation of the property for the purpose of calculation of stamp duty & stamping and registration of documents.

The Firm renders advice on acquisition/holding/sale or transfer of immoveable properties and the documentation involved for the same.

The Firm advises on matters related to societies and condominiums, dealing with applicable acts/ statutes i.e. Real Estate( Regulation & Development ) Act, 2016, Development Control & Promotion Regulation 2034, Land Revenue Code, Stamp Act and Registration Laws.

The Firm has advised clients in respect of various property transactions for sale, redevelopment, purchase of land, purchase of apartments in newly constructed buildings in and/or around Mumbai, other districts within the State of Maharashtra and in other cities across India. The Firm has also advised NRI clients on foreign direct investments in the real estate sector.

The Firm’s clientele are reputed builders and developers, foreign investors, corporate houses, hospitals all the way to individual parties and young entrepreneurs just starting out with their businesses.

The Firm has completed transactions aggregating over Rupees One Thousand Crore.
